What’s the process once I sign up?
Here’s the step by step process:
- We’ll first have a conversation about your business and talk about your goals.
- We will decide on a domain name for your site.
- We’ll then build your website using a Wordpress theme that we will customize to your business.
- We’ll write the foundation copy for your site.
- We’ll add any photos you can provide plus stock photography to fill out your website.
- We’ll create a contact form so visitors can easily contact you.
- We’ll host your website on our Tier 1 infrastructure that we provide only for our clients.
- You’ll have a chance to review the site and we’ll make updates based on your feedback.
- We’ll have a hour in-person training session to setup your email, account access and how to use the Wordpress Admin console. Our offices are located in Tribeca. If you cannot make the in-person, we’ll do this over the phone.
- We’ll also talk about options for the future and build a road map for your website and online marketing plan.
- We’ll follow up with you in 2-3 months (if not sooner) to see how your website is working for you, what response you’ve received from your patients and what success stories you can tell us.

How much does this cost?
The price for the package is $495 which includes social networking and photo gallery add-ons if wanted. If you sell products or services we can also add the base e-commerce functions to your website.
Additionally, your domain costs $20 per year and hosting costs $7.99 per month. The first year of the domain and the first 3 months of hosting is covered in the $495.
If you’d rather pay over a few months, you can make payments of $169 for 3 months.
